Binance, the global cryptocurrency exchange arm “Binance.US” has kicked off the registration process for the Puerto Rico residents. The updates made public on the company’s website under latest news section on Sep 30.
As per the information, Puerto Rico residents can register on the Binance.US website and take up the verification services to enjoy the same benefits, directions, and instructions which other American’s from different states are having it on a new digital asset trading platform.
Binance.US Offers
The announcement has come with a special bonus for the new users. Those who would trade $ 100 in volume (buy and/or sell, any pair) eligible to a get as a welcome bonus from the company with zero fees until November 1, 2019, after completing their Fiat Account Verification process.
Also, there is a mention of a Referral Program in which on providing a reference of a new user account an old user can avail an additional $15 per referral as a reward. However, the reward would be allocated as per the terms and condition which are mentioned on the official website.
The Launch Of US Trading Services
Binance commenced its services for the US citizens on Sep 24 with 13 trading pairs without charging any fees until Nov 1st. At the onset, the platform announced the listing of its fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-crypto trading pairs which are Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), XRP, Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Binance Coin (BNB) and the Tether (USDT) stablecoin.
Further, it is indicated that the 2nd lot of coins is expected to come out soon for listing on Binance.US portal. It is likely to be after the completion of the testing phase which is as per the Digital Asset Risk Assessment Framework.
