Coming as the latest development in the cryptosphere, all Pizza Hut outlets in Venezuela now agree to take a comprehensive range of virtual assets, including Bitcoin, by means of the payment platform Cryptobuyer. Pizza Hut joins Intercontinental Hotel, Burger King, and more than a few other key outlets in Venezuela that agree to take BTC.
On Friday, Cryptobuyer declared that all Pizza Hut bistros in Venezuela now accept digital currencies, including BTC.
The firm mentioned:
“From today, you can share with your family and pay with cryptocurrencies … in any of the Pizza Hut restaurants in Venezuela.”
As per the announcement, the digital currencies accepted for payment at Pizza Hut include Bitcoin, ETH, Dash, Litecoin (LTC), BNB, USDT, DAI, and the company’s native coin dubbed XPT. The announcement further mentions that Pizza Hut restaurants are located in Maracaibo, Caracas, Barquisimeto, and Maracay.
In the month of June, Cryptobuyer declared that Venezuelan residents will be able to purchase goods and services with virtual assets at over twenty thousand physical outlets across the nation.
Earlier, the company elucidated that outlets using Merchant Server have the facility to receive more than hundred virtual currencies because of the firm’s association with Liquid, the Japan-based Bitcoin and digital asset exchange.
Merchants are provided with two options. They can either automatically settle their Bitcoin payments in fiat currencies or keep the cryptocurrency stored in their respective accounts.
