Tech Mahindra, an Indian Multinational technology firm has teamed up with Amazon WebService platform (AWS) to foster blockchain technology while making organizations ready for future technology.
Reportedly, being an AWS Partner Network (APN) Advanced Consulting Partner, and a part of $21 billion Mahindra Group, the IT company is aiming to introduce blockchain-based solutions in the next 12-18 months to its customers globally via Amazon powered blockchain platform.
The new technology solutions would primarily serve businesses like aviation and aerospace, healthcare supply chain, and telecom with a further plan to get into oil& gas, telecom, manufacturing, banking, and financial services, and the retail sector are among the other gamut of industries.
The company is planning to offer kit management services for aviation and aerospace to let them track and trace ‘kits’ effectively from the multi-tier suppliers. This would deplete the chances of discrepancy during the delivery.
The new tech-based solution is going to aid the health care industry by providing benefits in tracking and identification of fraudulent medical materials (Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Kits, face masks, gloves, and sanitizers) via the medical supply chain segment.
As per the information, the coalition would serve industries to rebound, run smarter, and not get affected post-pandemic. The solutions would aid the organizations’ global supply chain to run effectively and prepare them for future growth. This partnership is heading towards accelerating an economic evolution and eliminate siloes caused by the pandemic.

The Amazon Managed Blockchain solution is believed to be a fully managed service platform that is robust and designed to facilitate the organizations to create and manage scalable blockchain networks while deploying open-source frameworks based on cryptography.
The latest collaboration is following Tech Mahindra’s “TechMNxt” charter to bring digital transformation across the industries and support customers’ needs with the help of disruptive technologies while supplying new products, and create a new revenue stream with its 3-4-3 strategy plan.
